Sales and Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Xcaliber International Ltd., L.L.C. is a privately-owned tobacco product manufacturer located in Pryor, Oklahoma. Founded in 2000, Xcaliber International manufactures value-priced cigarettes with an emphasis on quality and state-of-the-art production methods. The 200,000+ square foot production facility in Pryor, Oklahoma is home to administrative offices and production space, featuring high-speed combination production lines, and over 100,000 square feet of automated warehouse space and freight-handling facilities.

Xcaliber is seeking a full-time Sales and Regulatory Compliance Analyst for its Tulsa office. The applicant must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and be adept at working within multiple database systems. The applicant must also be able to meet and manage deadlines efficiently and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Track monthly Xcaliber sales by brand, wholesaler, and state
• Provide detailed business-line reports, as requested
• Partner with sales team and wholesaler contacts to ensure success
• Monitor sales data and maintain compliance with state regulators
• Provide all data in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets or databases for the Company's legal & compliance department to meet quarterly compliance requirements and deadlines
• Communicate with various departments throughout the Company to ensure required data is received timely and that data received is accurate
• Work with various departments throughout the Company to improve current processes and identify and implement additional processes to support critical business decisions
• Communicate with external regulators to ensure continued compliance
• Review various filings for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Other regulatory/compliance duties, as requested

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, index-match, pivot tables)
• Comfortability learning and working within multiple databases
• Detail-oriented
• Critical thinking/analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Financial analysis experience
• Database experience
• Strong integrated manufacturing systems/ERP skills
• Experience with other products in the Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
