Compliance Analyst

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compliance Analyst to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct daily, monthly, and annual compliance reviews Monitor deposit and lending relationships Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Serve as a liaison for regulatory agencies Identify risks and test internal controls Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Familiarity with lending compliance and mortgage origination compliance Knowledge of UCC, Regulation B, C, and Z; RESPA; FCRA Proficient in computer operations and data entry Strong communication and time management skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with TRID and other compliance laws Background in banking compliance Ability to develop bank‑specific processes This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
