About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of organization-wide strategies that align with its mission and enhance its position in the behavioral health sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with evaluating market dynamics, identifying opportunities for programmatic and geographic expansion, and ensuring that strategic priorities are in harmony with state and federal funding environments, payer trends, and community needs. A key aspect of the role is to lead new strategic planning initiatives that foster sustainable growth and market presence, as well as to identify and advance partnerships that improve access to care and expand the organization's reach. This executive leadership position requires an individual with a proven track record in strategy, particularly within the healthcare, and preferably, behavioral healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the policy, reimbursement, and regulatory dynamics that influence the behavioral health landscape. Strong analytical skills are essential for translating data into actionable insights and for developing forecasting tools to support executive decision-making. The Chief Strategy and Growth Officer will be expected to approach strategy with a combination of rigor and creativity, and to be adept at envisioning, evaluating, and executing new possibilities for the organization.
