Apply if you meet this criterion: Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar Minimum of 3+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience Experience taking depositions, handling hearings, and leading counsel on a case Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre‑litigation disputes is preferred but not required 1800 billables per year Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
