This role translates performance insights into investment decisions, ensuring media investments align with enterprise objectives, customer priorities, and return expectations. Working across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, CRM, Digital, and Customer teams, the role develops investment and measurement frameworks that improve marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. This position also leads a team of media analytics and investment planning professionals and serves as a key advisor on customer growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesMedia Investment Strategy & Planning• Lead media investment planning, forecasting, and budget management across seasonal, quarterly, and campaign initiatives.• Develop investment strategies and recommendations that improve business impact, customer growth, and return on media spend.• Partner with Marketing and Finance leaders to align investments with enterprise priorities and performance goals.Measurement & Performance Optimization• Lead media measurement and analytics strategies that support investment decisions and performance improvement.• Translate data and insights into recommendations for channel mix, audience strategy, targeting, and optimization.• Drive testing, learning, and continuous improvement to enhance media effectiveness.Customer Growth & Enterprise Partnership• Partner with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement objectives.• Represent Paid Media in enterprise customer growth initiatives and planning efforts. • Establish performance frameworks that measure media's contribution to customer and business outcomes.Leadership & Influence• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on analytics, investment planning, and performance excellence.• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on media investment strategy and effectiveness.• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and clear executive communications.Qualifications• Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in paid media, media analytics, marketing measurement, investment planning, or digital marketing, including 4+ years of people leadership.• Technical Skills: Experience with MMM, campaign and platform reporting, brand lift and incrementality studies, audience frameworks, investment scenario planning, diminishing-return analysis, test design, and analytics or visualization platforms. Working knowledge of major paid media platforms and DSPs.• Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex and sometimes conflicting data sources, identify implications, and translate analysis into clear investment, customer, and media recommendations. Strong understanding of value, marginal returns, sufficiency, experimentation, and performance reporting. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build executive-ready narratives and influence collaborators across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Customer, CRM, Digital, and agency teams. • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team, building cross-functional alignment, driving accountability, and encouraging a culture centered on growth and development. EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
