This role will collaborate with both Renovo teammates, hospital staff, external vendors, etc. on a consistent basis.What You Will Do:Provide administrative support for the following program delivery needs:Service parts research and procurementOversight of the parts inventory databaseEstablish and monitor the inventory Core/Return policyUpdate purchasing policies and procedures to accommodate changes in workflow and to maintain financial accountabilityAssist with RenovoLive database maintenance (MCT & Vendor tables)Assist Management with Budget analysis and new business proposal researchAccounts Payables verification / invoice reconciliation & processingHuman Resources duties as requestedService Call Management and DispatchingUpdate the vendor services database and assist in tracking of inventoryCommunicate with support staff pro-actively to assure customer satisfaction with the Renovo programReview Inventory & budgetary reports monthly for accuracy and completenessPartner with Renovo teammates and keep them informed: SM status, repair status, level and type of projects underway and customer concerns and problemsAssist with tracking safety and quality-related issues required by the facility, including hazard notification, equipment failures related to manufacturer recalls and mandatory equipment notifications and upgradesAttend Safety Committee meetings, as neededPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of experience with administrative supportHospital/Medical facility experience is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequired Competencies:Accountability – takes ownership of assigned work and follows items through to completionCommunication – clearly expresses thoughts and ideas both in written and verbal communications, provides timely informationFinancial Acumen – considers financial impact of all decisionsIntegrity – can admit mistakes, is direct and truthfulCustomer Service – demonstrates a "customer-first" mentality, focused on meeting the needs of customers and captures feedback to make improvementsPriority Setting – prioritizes assigned schedules and workloadTeam Building – mentors newer technicians, facilitates clear communication amongst the team, demonstrates care and respect for co-workers and colleaguesRegulatory – knows the various accrediting agencies (TJC, DNV, CAP, DOH) and how the Medical Equipment Management Plan compliesSafety Requirements:Maintain a safe working environment for self and others if they come in contact within the biomed area in accordance with the facility's policiesMust follow OSHA guidelines in regard to blood borne pathogens, airborne pathogens, radiation, sharp instruments and/or tools, hazardous liquids, and operating devicesOntime completion of safety training assignmentsMust have sensory ability to distinguish hot & cold ranges of temperature, surfaces, fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and detect/distinguish colorsMust be able to carry or lift up to 50 pounds routinelyClassification: FLSA: Non-ExemptEEO Statement RENOVO Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
