Senior Electrician

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management , is seeking an Electrician (2nd Shift) to join their team. As an Electrician , you will be part of the Engineering & Building Operations Team supporting the facility maintenance and operations team . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to safety, and excellent communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician (2nd Shift)

Location: Franklin, MA

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and building controls.

• Monitor and service electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, UPS systems, and generators.

• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical testing to ensure safe and reliable operation of building systems.

• Respond to service requests and complete work orders using a CMMS system.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors while supporting overall building operations and facility performance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience.

• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or trade school.

• Strong knowledge of NEC, Massachusetts electrical codes, OSHA standards, and the ability to read electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.
