Clinical Supervisor (LISW or LPCC) for IDD We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LISW or LPCC) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role offers a pay range of $70,000–$72,000, based on education and experience, and provides a unique opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives. At ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, we provide individualized care for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, those with developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced extreme trauma. Responsibilities Provide assessment services efficiently. Complete client screenings timely and thoroughly. Document comprehensive progress notes for each client. Communicate progress information to relevant parties. Facilitate transitions, arranging follow‑up services. Deliver trainings and clinical supervision as assigned. Identify and address gaps in service provision. Provide coverage for caseloads as needed. Oversee daily operations of the therapy team. Implement programs to increase appropriate behaviors per established criteria and using appropriate techniques and methodologies. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling. LISW or LPCC certification required. At least one year of supervisory experience. Experience in community‑based counseling. Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
