The Executive Recruiter leads the full life cycle of direct-hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional roles. The role partners with clients to define hiring objectives, analyzes needs, designs tailored recruiting strategies, and develops client accounts, generating new business via referrals, networking, and marketing. Responsibilities Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy client- and role-specific recruiting strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and recruiting best practices. Build and maintain subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles. Screen resumes and conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations. Provide guidance and negotiate fee agreements with clients; complete necessary correspondence for each placement. Nurture continued account development for new business generation. Tour client offices to fully understand client goals and objectives. Generate direct-hire fees per budgeted goals. Enter and track assignment and candidate data in order-tracking systems. Create and execute temporary employee programs. Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates. Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations and networking events. Develop relationships with key clients and business leaders. Respond to and address candidate, temporary-employee and client inquiries. Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience. Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of professional work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and customer service. Excellent prioritization, organization and multitasking skills, meeting deadlines. Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solutions. Business acumen and market insight. Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Understanding of current sourcing and recruiting trends and best practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems. Benefits Anticipated salary range: $50,000-$70,000; additional compensation may be awarded based on performance. Full-time benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, term life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) or deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (up to 152 hours per year), 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave (prorated if hired mid-year).
