The opportunity The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As an HR Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and serve as an important partner for your local teams and the enterprise HR team. Pay Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do? Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures More About You More About You Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist experience, including at least two years in an HR Manager role; experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or large-scale retail environments strongly preferred Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak event periods.
