That's why we're offering multiple scheduling options, including 8-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour, and 7-on/7-off schedules, based on availability and facility needs.Unlike the traditional hospital setting, long-term care provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, support their recovery, and celebrate their progress along the way.If you're looking for competitive pay, scheduling options, and a team where your contributions matter, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoAs an LPN Staff Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care while working closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and physician ordersAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safelyMonitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptlyComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersProvide guidance and direction to CNAs as appropriateParticipate in resident care planning and support positive clinical outcomesFollow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance proceduresPromote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of lifeMaintain professional nursing standards and facility policiesWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standingLong-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferredStrong nursing assessment and communication skillsAbility to recognize and report changes in resident conditionExcellent organizational and documentation skillsDependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to nursingCompassionate attitude toward elderly and rehabilitation residentsCommitment to providing safe, high-quality, resident-centered care?
