About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to design, develop, and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for commercial, industrial, and scientific applications. You will create engineering drawings, interpret blueprints, and work with a collaborative team of 7 engineers in a fast-paced environment that provides exposure to higher-level management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting systems
• Review and approve cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safety of design models
• Perform Creo designing, detailing, and releasing of full standby power solutions through all project phases
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
• Interact daily with local and international team members while reporting project status weekly to electrical leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSEE or BSEET) with 8-10 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Creo Modeling (mandatory), AutoCAD Basics, and Teamcenter
• Experience with 480V and 208/120V AC power system design, power distribution, and DC system designs
• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented team player with creativity and analytical capabilities
