Civil Science is hiring a Project Manager to support our growing Land Development team . This role combines design, project management, and client leadership, giving you the opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and help grow our presence in Utah.

We’re looking for a licensed engineer who is excited about what they do — someone who enjoys mentoring teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality public works projects that make a meaningful impact in our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance

• Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D

• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships

• Mentor team members and support business development efforts

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

• 5–10+ years of land development experience

• PE license required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
