Job Title: Facilities Specialist
Location: Medina, MN
Duration: 12 Months with further possibility of extension
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
- Support day-to-day facility and warehouse operations .
- Assist with general maintenance and facilities-related activities .
- Support mail delivery and distribution .
- Assist with meeting setup and office arrangements .
- Help with office equipment setup and operations .
- Perform general warehouse/facility support and related tasks.
- May be responsible for forklift operations and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong computer skills are required .
Typical Day
- Work primarily in a warehouse and office environment .
- Watering the plants
- Support facility maintenance and daily operational needs.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Set up meeting rooms and office spaces as needed.
- Assist with equipment operations and warehouse activities.
- Perform various facility/warehouse tasks based on business needs.
Work Schedule
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, onsite
- Local candidates only
- Standard business hours; OT/on-call requirements were not specified.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities, warehouse, maintenance, or office operations .
- Strong computer skills .
- Experience operating warehouse equipment/forklift is preferred or required based on assignment needs.
- Ability to work onsite in Medina, MN .
- Comfortable supporting both office and warehouse environments .
- Good organizational and communication skills.
