Overnight Fryer Service Technician | 4-Day Workweek | Up to $25/hr + Bonus

Own Your Route. Build Your Career.

You'll spend your nights helping restaurants, hospitals, universities, and other commercial kitchens keep their fryer systems running safely and efficiently. You'll report to our warehouse/shop to pick up your company vehicle, prepare equipment and supplies, and head out to service customers throughout your assigned territory. This is active, hands-on work that keeps you moving and out from behind a desk. You'll work independently throughout the night while still receiving daily support from your supervisor and team. At the end of each shift, you'll return to the warehouse/shop for a quick debrief, unload materials, and prepare for the next day's success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Report to the warehouse/shop to pick up your company vehicle and prepare equipment, supplies, and materials for your route
• Service commercial fryer systems
• Filter cooking oil
• Remove used cooking oil
• Operate specialized equipment
• Complete work orders using a company app
• Provide excellent customer service
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and professional
• Return to the warehouse/shop at the end of your shift to unload materials, restock equipment, and complete a brief debrief with your supervisor
• Follow company safety procedures and best practices

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Conversational English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
