The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO. Our platform offers four key values to users: Trending Brands: Brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader. Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors. Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies. We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness. Goals: Achieve best-in-class website optimization to maximize visibility and search engine rankings Continuously improve SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalability Establish the company as a category leader in terms of organic traffic and SEO-driven value Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority. Coordinate, onboard, and continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices, foster professional development, and maintain a high-performing, collaborative SEO function. Responsibilities: Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategies Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for the content team and development team Oversee execution of link, content, and technical strategy Continuously train SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices Requirements: Over 7 years of SEO experience, including a proven track record of managing large and complex websites.
