Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Change Manager to join their team. As a Change Manager, you will be part of the Business Execution support team, contributing to large-scale planning and change governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Change Manager Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution Review and analyze Business Execution challenges, providing in-depth evaluations Manage change governance forums, gather and archive documentation, and support change events in ECM platform Attend and potentially present at governance forums to large audiences Take meeting minutes and distribute appropriately, ensuring clear communication and follow-up What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning Proficiency with MS Office tools, including SharePoint and PowerPoint Experience with Jira is a plus Strong presentation and project management skills Ability to gather, refine, and archive documentation effectively What's in it for me?
