Summary Deliver a memorable luxury customer experience as the in-store ambassador, placing the client at the center of all interactions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, capture customer data in CRM, and proactively drive individual and team sales through personalized service and cross-selling. Uphold visual and operational standards while supporting an omnichannel approach to maximize opportunities. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional in-store service following the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to support personalized outreach and future opportunities. Engage in omnichannel selling and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience. Proactively cross-sell across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain shop floor presentation and visual standards and follow stock and operational procedures. Address customer complaints appropriately and support loss prevention and store security. Requirements Passion for selling with proven experience building long-lasting client relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of fashion trends and product category with demonstrated product knowledge. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and results-driven problem solving.
