Registered Behavior Technician

Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 DOE Make a meaningful difference, one child at a time. You'll provide one-on-one support in home-based or community-based settings, depending on each client's individual needs, while working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges
• Help individuals build social and communication skills
• Support families by addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Follow behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect and document progress, milestones, and session information accurately
• Create encouraging, structured interactions during every session

What You Bring

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Either:
• Completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development; or
• At least one year of experience working with children as a Child Development professional, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
