Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized

Event Setup Assistant

to support the preparation, organization, and breakdown of promotional events. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to successful events in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with setting up event spaces, promotional displays, signage, tables, and branded materials.

Prepare and organize supplies and equipment before each event.

Help ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for attendees.

Support team members with event activities and promotional materials.

Assist with packing, transporting, and storing event supplies after activities conclude.

Follow setup instructions and event schedules to help ensure tasks are completed on time.

Communicate with team members to address setup needs and resolve logistical issues.
