Event Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people contributing to a team and helping create well-organized and engaging event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events and activities
• Set up event spaces displays signage and promotional materials
• Welcome attendees and provide information about featured products services and promotions
• Support customer engagement and event activities throughout each event
• Help distribute approved promotional materials to attendees
• Maintain clean organized and professional event areas
• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly
• Assist with packing materials and completing event breakdown
• Respond to routine attendee questions and direct inquiries when needed
• Gather feedback and communicate observations to the event team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly professional and approachable demeanor
• Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees
• Ability to work collaboratively in an active environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing event needs
• Previous experience in events hospitality retail or customer service is a plus but not required
