Senior Paid Social Specialist [Remote]

This role sits at the center of performance-driven digital acquisition for high-value financial services clients, with a strong focus on Meta advertising and appointment-based lead generation. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, working directly with Registered Investment Advisors to help scale their client acquisition through data-driven paid social systems. The environment is fast-paced, accountability-focused, and deeply results-oriented, where performance metrics directly shape client success and retention. You will act as both strategist and operator, managing campaigns while also serving as the primary client-facing expert. This position requires strong ownership, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear strategic actions. Accountabilities:

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, targeting, bids, and creatives to achieve cost-per-appointment and conversion targets.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and deliver performance reports, clearly communicating insights, results, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop ad copy, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences and high-net-worth prospecting.
• Collaborate with creative teams and leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of campaign messaging and testing.
• Set up and maintain tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, CRM integrations, and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Calendly).
• Troubleshoot performance and technical issues across ad platforms and client systems to ensure consistent campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in paid media with a strong specialization in Meta advertising and performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and direct-response video sales scripts.
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Experience working with lead generation funnels and appointment-setting campaigns is highly preferred.
• Exposure to financial services marketing or high-ticket, considered purchase industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to independently diagnose issues and implement solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable being fully accountable for client results.
