Retail Customer Service Associate The UPS Store

At The UPS Store, we help customers with shipping, printing, packaging, mailbox services, business solutions, and more. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment. Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $15/hour

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone customers
Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and business service needs
Operate shipping systems, computers, copiers, printers, and point-of-sale systems
Recommend products and services based on customer needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable using computers and technology
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Spanish speaking is a plus
Print production, graphic design, Adobe, or copy/print experience is a plus
