Lead HVAC Installer | Sign-on Bonus Available | $33-39 hourly

Mechollage, a locally owned , veteran-led HVAC company established in 2009 in Virginia Beach is looking for experience HVAC Installers. Recently, we expanded into Newport News to bring the same high-quality service and supportive work environment to even more homeowners.

Location: This position is available in both Virginia Beach and Newport News areas.

Pay : $33.00 - 39.00 hourly, depending on experience

Position: Lead HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

Install and test HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ductwork, ensuring all work meets code and company standards.
Lead installation crews on job sites, coordinating tasks safely and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and complete necessary documentation for each job.
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be needed depending on the season.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of experience in residential HVAC installation
Willingness to travel within the service area
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and comply with safety rules
Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
EPA Universal Certification
