Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel)

Location

Hot Springs, AR | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio for adult patients (18 years and older)
• Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps and ventilators
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR system
• Manage critically ill patients with diagnoses and treatments related to critical care
• Participate in call requirements and float to other units as needed
• Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a cardiovascular or critical care ICU environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR
• Experience with ventilator management and IV pump operation
