Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Job Description Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing routine electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and architectural maintenance to meet client standards. The technician must maintain a safety‑first attitude, follow safety practices, policies, and procedures, ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, and arrange for repair or replacement of damaged equipment to avoid service disruptions. $18 per hour. A valid driver's license with more than one year of experience is required. Qualifications / Requirements At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent for full‑time positions. Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen may be required. Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees; friendly and engaging manner at all times. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Proactive approach in anticipating, listening to, understanding, and responding to customer needs. Experience providing maintenance services in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry; ability to read and interpret schematics and building plans; strong electrical background. Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards for maintenance programs. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and reliability completing repetitive tasks. Physical abilities: work in various conditions; operate cleaning equipment; climb ladders; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive motions.
