• Day Shift: $22.75/hour
• Night Shift: $25.00/hour
• Weekend Shift: $25.00/hour

Shift Schedules

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements

• Experience or training in mechanical repair, packaging equipment, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete basic reports
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems preferred
• Ability to travel to other facilities or OEM sites as needed
• May be required to complete Standard Timing Model (STM) testing

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare machinery for production runs
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Complete preventative maintenance and replace worn components
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain and repair packaging and production equipment
• Read and follow manuals, work orders, and technical documentation
• Operate equipment as needed to support production
• Document maintenance activities using logs or CMMS/EAM systems
• Ensure equipment meets quality and production standards
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Support additional maintenance and production tasks as needed
