E-COMMERCE SHIPPING CLERK 5261 Rogers - Rogers, AR 72758 Overview Salary Range $15.25 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day E-COMMERCE SHIPPING CLERK Job Description This position is responsible for packaging and shipping orders, shelving and pulling merchandise, organizing and rearranging merchandise, and communication with all team members to ensure efficient workflow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Packing and shipping: package and prepare all orders for shipment. Generate packaging labels and postage, check orders for accuracy. 2. Inventory: Check all orders for accuracy including address validation. Create and fold in electronic and paper Pack Sheets for orders, keep accurate electronic inventory, accurately pull orders from inventory, electronically. 3. Materials Handling: Shelve all listed carts onto shelves, pull all sold merchandise from shelves, check orders for accuracy, ship merchandise via preferred shipping vendor, keep selves organized. 4. Assist customer service representative, list merchandise, maintain clean and stocked work area according to established standards. 5. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a professional manner, this duty is performed daily. 6. Perform other related duties as required. 7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Qualifications Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education High School Experience 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training. Skills - Communication Skills - Mathematical Skills - Critical Thinking Skills - Word Processing/Typing - Spreadsheet - Decision Making - Supervisory Experience - Planning, organizing, and project management skills.
