Inventory Coordinator


We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position will split time between the office and warehouse floor, utilizing inventory systems and technology to track, reconcile, and improve inventory processes.


Responsibilities:


Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation across warehouse operations.
Utilize SAP, WMS, Synapse, and RF systems to track inventory movement.
Investigate discrepancies and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
Support process improvements and maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate with internal and external customers regarding inventory needs.


Qualifications:


3-5 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience.
Experience with SAP, WMS, RF technology, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
