** What You Will Be Doing **

_ Operations & Logistics _

• ** Manage Inventory: ** Track current ongoing orders, handle incoming shipments, and organize storage areas efficiently.
• ** Coordinate Vendors: ** Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the business owners and production staff.
• ** Streamline Workflows: ** Monitor daily operational schedules to ensure deliveries and internal tasks stay on time.

_ Customer & Client Care _

• ** Resolve Inquiries: ** Respond to client emails, phone calls, and messages with speed and professionalism.
• ** Onboard Clients: ** Guide new customers through our setup processes and answer initial account questions.
• ** Troubleshoot Issues: ** Investigate order errors, delays, or service complaints to find fast solutions.

Special Projects

• ** Support Growth Initiatives: ** Assist leadership with constructing and setup for new picture framing orders. (Cutting glass, cutting acrylic glazing, putting together picture frames).
• ** Implement Software: ** Help integrate new tools or platforms into our team's workflow.
• ** Organize Social Media posting: ** Coordinate logistics and come up with social media marketing campaigns.

• ** Master Prioritizer: ** Proven ability to juggle a high volume of diverse tasks without dropping the ball.
• ** Adaptable Problem Solver: ** Comfortable pivoting when plans change and finding creative answers to unexpected hurdles.
