Best Care Home Services is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our HVAC and plumbing services, handling inbound inquiries, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers, providing in-depth information on our HVAC and plumbing services to address customer questions and concerns.
• Lead Conversion: Actively convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of Best Care Home Services, tailoring our solutions to meet each customer's specific needs.
• Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads, quote requests, and estimate inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities and move potential customers through the sales pipeline.
• CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM (Service Titan), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and interactions.
• Sales Goals Achievement: Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to high performance.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business and customer referrals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to guarantee smooth scheduling and service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction from sale to service completion.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and service updates to provide well-informed recommendations to customers.
• Objection Handling: Tactfully address customer objections and concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving strategies to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within an inside sales or call center setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing several sales opportunities and client interactions simultaneously.
• Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and delivering results.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate customer records.

Preferred:

• Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a strong plus.
