Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a part‑time, temporary, on‑site role based in Pensacola, FL. This position supports the Accounting Manager in the cleanup of the books in QuickBooks Online. The role also includes working with Zuper, organizing documentation and collaborating with operations staff to address financial inquiries. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Bookkeeping for handling daily financial records and transactions. Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Statements to assist with reporting and basic analysis. Candidates should possess skills in using QuickBooks Online to manage ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and solid organizational skills. Ability to work on‑site in Pensacola, FL and collaborate effectively with team members and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools. Prior experience in an accounting or administrative support role is preferred. Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting or a related field is beneficial. Bilingual (Spanish)is a must.
