This role will perform data analysis, profitability analysis, and inventory reporting to provide valuable insights into the financial performance of our leasing, wholesale, and commercial sales lines of business. The Financial Data Analyst will help drive key business decisions, including pricing strategies for tenant-occupied homes, while supporting data integrity, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
