Claims Specialist

Description

• Review claims that have suspended or rejected during processing.
• Identify reject reasons and apply documented procedures to resolve issues.
• Research claims using internal systems and reference materials to determine the appropriate outcome.
• Process claims accurately and within established turnaround time requirements.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues following defined procedures.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally when gathering or clarifying information needed to complete claim processing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous claims experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organization and time management.
• Ability to multitask.
• Accurate data entry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
