Salesforce Developer

Overview: ROLE: Salesforce Developer LOCATION: Jersey City, NY Pay Rate : $70 - $75/hr Experience:11-13 We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for the role of ServiceMax / Salesforce Developer Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in ServiceMax development, maintenance, and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
- Experience with ServiceMax data model and objects such as Installed Products, Work Orders, etc.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configurations, object model, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, and Entitlements
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management tools (Data Loader, dataloader.io, Jitterbit)
- Experience with release management tools such as Change Sets, ServiceMax Migration Tool, and Workbench
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience integrating ServiceMax with other enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) or Asset360
- Experience with integration tools
- Exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium or Webdriver.io
- Minimum 3+ years of ServiceMax experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
