Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Wauconda, IL Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Wauconda, Illinois for the upcoming school year. View email address on click.appcast.io Position Details Location: Wauconda, IL Schedule: Full-Time School Year: 2026–2027 Setting: Onsite, School-Based Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide direct therapy services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication supports Support students with a variety of speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply if applicable) Previous school-based experience is a plus Benefits Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU and licensure reimbursement Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
