Working closely with our Billing Specialist, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our team. What You'll Be Doing Reviewing and filing carrier invoices, proof of delivery paperwork, and any other load accessorials Keeping our records spotless by verifying and organizing incoming emails, ensuring all necessary documents, including correct factoring company details and receipts, are on file Assisting the accounting team by answering incoming calls, providing updates on payment status and rate verifications with professionalism and clarity Other duties as needed What You'll Bring To The Table Sharp attention to detail – You catch things others miss!
