Construction Laborer

Job Description: A.L. Prudente Inc., a family-owned excavating company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a qualified Construction Laborer to join our team. Our company specializes in custom residential construction projects in the Main Line area and western suburbs. Our shop is located in Downingtown, PA. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, grading stone, using a laser, laying pipe, and more. Ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience. Basic knowledge of construction sites. Ability to work Mondays through Fridays. Valid driver's license. English speaking. Strong work ethic and reliability. Benefits Competitive pay based on skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits package. Overtime rate (1.5x hourly rate) after 40 hours. Paid holidays. Paid weekly via direct deposit. 100% paid health insurance for employee only (waiting period upon employment). 1 week paid time off after 1 year of employment; 2 weeks paid time off after 2 years of employment. Simple IRA employee/en employer contribution available.
