Location New york/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GA Job Description Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Duck Creek product roadmap and backlog. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the key liaison between business and delivery teams. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos. Drive feature prioritization, product releases, and UAT activities. Ensure alignment of Duck Creek capabilities with business objectives. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Required Skills Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and/or Claims. Deep understanding of P&C insurance processes. Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and backlog prioritization skills. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and insurance ecosystem applications. Preferred Skills Duck Creek certifications. Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD). Exposure to Azure/AWS and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Guidewire or other insurance core platforms. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $120,000 - $145,000/Annum Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
