Brand Marketing Specialist Location: Uxbridge, MA Position Schedule: Monday – Friday, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Starting Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 Position Snapshot: The Brand Marketing Specialist is our Lenze brand champion and leads the execution of high-impact trade shows, company events, and field marketing initiatives of all sizes. This individual brings ideas to life and manages multiple projects, collaborates cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams, and partners with vendors to create engaging, high-quality experiences. With a strong sense of ownership and creativity, this individual ensures every event delivers against business objectives while elevating the Lenze brand. About You: You're a creative, detail-driven individual who is passionate about showcasing a company's brand at its best. You have a natural ability to stay organized and keep everything running smoothly, ensuring no detail is overlooked. You're hands-on and proactive, always willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work while continuously looking for better ways to collaborate, communicate, and stay ahead of industry and marketing trends. You're also results-driven, focused on supporting key company initiatives and driving revenue through impactful, high-quality execution. Your outgoing personality stands out in every interaction, and you take pride in delivering exceptional results while adding meaningful value to your team. A Day in the Life: Lead and execute company tradeshow events from planning through follow-up, including logistics, on-site setup/takedown, promotion, swag, and vendor coordination Manage post-event activities, including budget reconciliation, expense reporting, outcomes, success metrics, and lead tracking Coordinate logistics for customer meetings and in-person trainings, ensuring a seamless experience (catering, room setup, materials, customer gifts) Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related communication Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotels, team dinners, activities, and transportation Own procurement & inventory of Lenze-branded apparel, giveaways, and promotional items; manage vendors, purchasing, and invoicing Manage digital signage across locations in alignment with U.S. and global standards Support employee engagement initiatives through internal marketing content Travel as needed to support events across North America (primarily U.S., ~15%) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred 3+ years of experience in event, field, or brand marketing, with demonstrated success independently leading and executing company events Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management; outgoing and collaborative Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality Experience with ERP systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate feedback into action Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects independently Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and support event setup as needed Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically, including overnight travel Perks of Being Part of Our Team: Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Insurance – multiple plan options Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental Insurance FSA, HSA options Vision Insurance 401k with company match, fully vested Paid Time Off 10 company paid holidays Company paid disability & AD&D insurance 100% paid parental leave after one year of service Supplemental insurance plans (Identity theft, cyber protection, additional life, etc.) Tuition reimbursement Many of our positions offer flexible schedules to meet your needs Relaxed business casual environment Sit/Stand desks for onsite office positions Frequent team building activities Career development opportunities About Us: Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology - offering products, drive solutions, complete automation systems, and engineering services and tools from one single source.
