Job Title: Lead Consultant - SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance)

Lead Consultant – SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance) We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Fiori, and asset management processes. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and EAM solutions. Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications for maintenance processes. Implement preventive maintenance, work order management, notifications, and maintenance planning. Configure equipment master data and functional location hierarchies. Optimize asset lifecycle management processes and improve equipment reliability. Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI-AA, and HR modules. Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support. Provide end-user training and technical guidance to maintenance teams. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions. Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong experience in SAP Fiori application development and customization. Expertise in Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Execution . Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and HR modules. Strong knowledge of Equipment Master Data and Functional Locations . Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and maintenance planning. Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades and implementations. Knowledge of SAP UI5 development. Strong understanding of maintenance planning strategies and asset management best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
