Lead Sap S/4hana Eam (Plant Maintenance) Consultant Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Experience: 10+ Years Work Authorization: Visa-Independent Candidates Only Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise asset management solutions. This is an onsite role in Brentwood, TN, requiring a strong functional and technical consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and cross-functional SAP integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations, optimizing maintenance operations, improving asset reliability, and driving enterprise-wide maintenance transformation initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Extensive experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions. Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration and business process design. Hands-on experience developing and customizing SAP Fiori applications using the SAP UI5 framework. Deep understanding of maintenance execution, preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of Equipment Master Data, Functional Locations, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans. Experience integrating SAP EAM with: SAP Materials Management (MM) SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA) SAP Finance (FI) SAP Human Resources (HR) Strong understanding of enterprise asset management best practices and regulatory compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven leadership experience managing implementation projects and mentoring technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Lead end-to-end implementation of maintenance management processes including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work order management, notifications, equipment master data, and functional location structures. Develop, customize, and enhance SAP Fiori applications supporting maintenance operations and asset management. Optimize enterprise asset lifecycle management processes from procurement through retirement while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Configure maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling processes to improve equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime. Integrate SAP EAM with SAP MM, FI, FI-AA, and HR modules to support end-to-end business process automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. Provide technical leadership, conduct solution design reviews, and mentor project teams throughout implementation activities. Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support for maintenance planners, technicians, supervisors, and business users. Troubleshoot complex production issues and recommend continuous process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices for Enterprise Asset Management. Experience working in manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, energy, or other asset-intensive industries.
