This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management with a focus on media – an integration expert with a passion for using collaboration to drive cohesion across media planning cycles, striving for execution of brand and performance media campaigns. We currently achieve this by establishing integrated connection points by way of campaign timelines, workflows and process documents, driving seamless execution of plans from conception to completion.

In this role, you will lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within your assigned account. You will collaborate across multiple stakeholders to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team.  

Our project work includes integrated management of planning and executional phases across digital, social media, video and OOH campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions across external creative teams and 3rd party publishers and delivering operational excellence through day-to-day task management to deliver unparalleled value for both internal and client teams.

The desired candidate will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work – you’ll also supervise other project managers and oversee large programs of work, if not an entire account. To succeed, you will need to be an advocate for the work, strive to be proactive, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit and exercise excellent leadership skills. You should be adept at collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and effectively communicating with clients at all levels on a day-to-day basis. 

Responsibilities

• Run an increasingly larger and more complex media program through the full lifecycle for a client, and partners effectively across multiple agencies as required  

• Accountable for the delivery team’s organization, operational efficiencies and health within their account(s)

• Responsible for staffing of Delivery team members and delivering accurate financial management and improved account margins

• Define different methodologies which should be used by projects in the organization, with ability to tailor, develop and codify new methodology based on client needs and organizational constraints and train others to scale the approach further and iterate 

• Establish processes for scope management and change control and has ability to drive difficult scope change discussions and actions with client 

• Lead our teams to deliver selected methodologies — course correcting as necessary 

• Act as a consultant who can be leveraged to analyze suggestions on incorporating new ceremonies/approaches/tools which have helped on other projects 

• Drive adoption and governance on new tools, process and methodology within the internal Razorfish and client program team 

• Proactively identifies difficult team situations and diagnose / implement corrective actions where challenges may occur 

• Lead and facilitates large sessions with internal teams and/or Clients; presents and delivers clear messaging in front of large Executive-Level group audiences

• Align Client operational and financial requirements with optimal Deal Structure in coordination with the client-service lead 

• Provides consultative advice to Clients/Client Services that help drive solutions 

• Set and manage internal, Client and third-party expectations, such that surprises have been avoided, and Stakeholders view their engagements positively 

• Proactively inquires as to performance against expectations and takes corrective action to remedy misaligned expectations with the internal team 

• Ensure that our internal interests are clearly protected in terms of unambiguous scope, articulate assumptions and third-party dependencies for large programs   

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program management experience that includes working in a fast-moving digital agency environment

• Experience in end-to-end management of large-sized, complex Media programs for a client or multiple clients

• Experience working with marketing, product, data & analytics teams, along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon and more

• Expertise in managing digital production at scale, and ability to manage revenue at $15M+ Expertise in process and tool innovation

• Strong skills in reporting analysis

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning 

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive-level partners and clients

• Ability to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans for large programs and multiple projects 

• Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.

Compensation Range: USD $168,150.00 - USD $230,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
