Operations Manager Wanted – Join Our Growing Fitness Family!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about personal and professional growth in the fitness and wellness space? We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team as an Operations Manager! As we continue to experience exciting growth, we need a motivated individual to help us manage and enhance key aspects of our business, including:

• Member Retention: Develop and implement strategies to keep our members engaged and motivated.
• Sales Management: Drive new and existing member sales to support growth and success.
• Scheduling: Oversee employee and member schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Handle a variety of tasks such as addressing member inquiries, managing vendor relationships, overseeing supplies, and more.
• Social Media Engagement: Assist with maintaining and growing our online presence.

Trainer Requirement: You will need to become a fitness trainer to succeed in this role, but don't worry—no prior experience is required! We will provide all the training you need to become a certified 9Round trainer. Once certified, you'll have the opportunity to train members, take on personal clients, and earn additional commissions on top of your salary.
