Position Summary

Our client is a well-known international mid-size BPO organization.

\n

\n

We have been mandated to search for a Senior BPO Sales - Hunter -North America.

\n

\n

The role of a Hunter Sales BPO will involve identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service solutions. Key responsibilities include:

\n
• Identifying and targeting potential BPO clients to generate new business.
\n
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular interactions.
\n
• Understanding client needs and tailoring BPO solutions accordingly.
\n
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
\n
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
\n
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
\n
• Monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead Business development with the goal to achieve aggressive growth plans of new and existing customers through the formulation, communication.
\n
• Establish processes to build and review a reliable, sustainable, and profitable business pipeline aligned with the overall long-term strategy and annual goals
\n
• Deliver new business growth year on year as per agreed annual budgets.
\n
• Identify new revenue opportunities by staying up to date with industry trends and market changes.
\n
• Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
\n
• Establish and develop strong external client and industry body relationships which convert into sustainable and profitable business in a very ethical and professional manner.
\n
• Liaise with external experts, regulators, and government authorities in US, as required

Key Skills and Leadership Requirements

\n

\n
• Strong BPO /BPM sales background with business & financial acumen
\n
• Good experience and exposure to North American markets – with a specific exposure to BPM business
\n
• Ability to define a vision of the future, and to plan, strategize and execute the same
\n
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Customers & other senior stakeholders.
