Are you an experienced Armed Security Professional who believes that true security is about more than carrying a firearm? We're looking for a dependable, highly professional Armed School Security Professional to help create a safe and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at a private Baptist school in Franklin, Tennessee. Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the school
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor access
• Conduct routine campus patrols
• Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns or emergencies
• Use conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques whenever appropriate
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports
• Collaborate with school administration, local law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary
• Enforce security procedures while providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and guests
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Extrity Services with integrity

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License
• Dallas Law Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Previous armed security experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a school or educational setting
• Active Shooter Certification
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience with access control systems and emergency response procedures
