We’re seeking a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering with colleagues to make technology easier and more impactful. This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. What You’ll Do Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements Championing data quality and CRM best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a related field Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus) Strong reporting and analytical skills Experience creating dashboards and reports Excellent communication and training skills Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail A collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service Bonus Points Nonprofit fundraising or donor databases Change management or user adoption initiatives Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools Data imports, data quality, or CRM implementations Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll join a collaborative team that’s reimagining how technology supports fundraising, engagement, and community impact. Compensation & Benefits Salary range is $69,000-$73,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience. Application Process Electronic submissions are preferred.
