Role Overview:

As an Insurance Intern, you will support our team with hands-on work across quoting, client communications, and policy servicing. You'll assist with quoting and requoting policies through carrier platforms, preparing coverage summaries, and completing follow-ups with clients on claims and new business. This role offers exposure to day-to-day agency operations, real client interactions, and the workflows that keep an insurance business running smoothly.

• Learning new systems and navigating carrier rating portals
• Managing details, documents, and follow-ups with accuracy
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Staying organized and keeping track of outstanding tasks
• Asking questions, taking initiative, and seeking to understand how the insurance process works
• Working collaboratively while also being able to own individual tasks
