Responsibilities
- Work on pleadings, discovery, document review, case management, document management and research,
- Trial preparation and support
- Case Management
- Document review and management
- e-Filing documents in state and federal court
- Bluebooking and cite checking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
- 4+ years' litigation experience
- Comfortable with litigation support software, efiling, and cite checking
