Inside Sales Representative

Account Executive

Paysafe is seeking an Account Executive responsible for engaging both new and existing prospects to generate sales leads and guide them through the application process. The role also involves building new referral partnerships and collaborating closely with existing partners to strengthen and expand relationships. This is a hybrid position based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Making 100150 outbound calls daily and/or generating a minimum of 30 approved deals per month
• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process
• Providing additional information to prospective clients as needed
• Conducting rate analyses when required
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing referral partners
• Supporting the in-house sales team as needed
• Preparing materials for mailing campaigns
• Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives
• Attending tradeshows, association meetings, and events as needed
• Promoting value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and Telecheck
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets

Qualifications and skills include:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, required
• Experience in banking or merchant services industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
• Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting statements
• Team-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, and highly motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
